He is very professional and was prompt to respond to my need for junk removal. I had a roll off dumpster rented but we still had some room that could be used. He took the time to re pack our dumpster so that everything would fit. I can't say enough good about him. He was so nice and helped us out in a huge way and was very reasonable in his pricing. Todd and his crew did an exceptional job tackling the challenging task of moving our baby grand piano. Communication was excellent, and they skillfully maneuvered the piano down a flight of stairs without causing any damage to our house. Their service was fast, and Todd is a genuinely nice guy. I highly recommend them and would gladly use their services again.
Apex Junk Removal is the best! They are local to Elizabeth, so that was a plus. We found Apex through Google, and the reviews are accurate to our recent experience. Todd from Apex was able to come to our home within a 24 hour time of request, cleared all items we asked to be removed in a timely manner and because we are not living in the home, he sent us pictures of the items removed, which that was appreciated. He is kind, trustworthy, professional and person of their word. If you choose to use Apex Junk Removal you will not be disappointed. You will be happy to see the junk gone!
Great experience! Todd was professional: he was on time, communicated well, had a great attitude, and a very fast worker. Had a bunch of old wood, vinyl fencing and other building materials removed at a good price. Very easy to work with!

Todd moved about 2 tons of concrete out of my backyard in a quick manner. He never even took a break, and left my backyard spotless. You can’t find people like this anymore. Highly recommend.
Apex was referred to us to help do a clean out, carpet removal and deep clean. Todd was able to do a video walk through and fit us in within the week. Todd and Anthony showed up at the time scheduled and these guys worked so hard and fast I couldn't believe it!! We were left with a disaster but these two came in and cleaned it all out. These men were extremely polite & respectful. Worth what we paid they did a great job, we'd highly recommend them to anyone!!
10 stars wasn't an option so I picked 5. Todd runs a well oiled machine and you can't beat the service you get for the price. Have used Apex 4 times in the last couple of years, and will continue to do so!
Todd came out and made it on time, he was very professional, and friendly. He was unable to provide a proper quote due to technical difficulties prior to pick up, but was fair in pricing. I will definitely will be utilizing Apex junk removal for future projects
Todd and Jon came out as part of their partnership with Goodwill to haul donations. Todd communicated before the day to make final arrangements. He was flexible and worked my pick up into the schedule. When they arrived they were both the best people to meet. They are friendly and personable. And most important of all, they care. I would use their services again and highly recommend them.
I had an emergency trash removal job and Todd really came through! I called and he was able to squeeze me in last minute. He was the sweetest guy and extremely professional and personable. If I ever need trash removed ever again these guys will be the FIRST people I call

I can not say enough about my experience with apex and Todd Porter! I called and left a message for information. He returned my call within an hour and when he didn’t reach me, he not only left me a message but also text me! The communication was amazing through the whole process. Very quick responses and very professional. He worked with our schedule (which wasn’t easy) and even came out after his working hours to make sure we were taken care of! He got the job done quickly. It cost a little more than quoted which I had already planned on as I knew we had tons of stuff and it didn’t look like as much in the pics I sent him. His price was still very fair! The whole process couldn’t have been easier. The amount of professionalism and customer service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend Todd to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about Todd and his company. Besides being a nice guy, he has great prices and fast service. My wife and I were moving out of state, and the buyers wanted a bunch of stuff removed from the house last minute, like the night before we left for Florida. Talk about a getting a late curveball, but Todd stepped up and smashed a Home Run for us, saving our proverbial bacon from the fire. We received excellent service from Apex! They answered the phone right away, gave us a very reasonable quote, scheduled our junk removal for the very next day and showed up right on time. I made a call; they arrived same day. Had an old tune TV and an old 55” flatscreen that he wrestled down from the second floor and thaw job was done. Fair price. Quick service, professional. I will be calling again to clean out the garage!

Wow! I cannot recommend Todd and his partner highly enough. They were such a pleasure to work with! 😊 They made a very stressful time so much easier. I am moving out of state and have lived in my home for 30 years with 4 kids. The Barn and basement were a disaster! 😬 Todd put me at ease immediately. There was so much junk to haul away...no problem! I also had a ton of great items (many new) that I just didn't have the room to take. Todd transported the donations (including furniture) with no concerns. The other "Junk" removal companies I touched base with were twice the price and would not donate...just trash. Just want to say thank you to Todd and Company for a great job and making my move a whole lot easier! 😃

Amazing job! Twenty years of accumulated junk gone in a flash. Todd and John were profesional, upbeat, and super hard working. They pulled up, loaded and were off in less than an hour. We still can not believe how the truck got packed. There was no open space in the load. Todd took the time to make sure the load was well secured. We will be having Todd and his crew out again.
